Celebrate the Solstice Potluck Dec. 22 2pm

Moonspirit CUUPS(Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans) Celebrates the Solstice with Crafting, Song and Dance.

The weather has finally turned cold and blustery. The nights are long and dark and the Holiday Season has begun! Time to hang up the lights and decorate our world, warming our homes with hearth fires and hot ovens full of fragrant seasonal goodies we can’t help but celebrate the Turning of the Wheel every chance we get! Please join us Saturday AFTERNOON at 2:00 pm for our YULE celebration! Priscilla will bring gingerbread dough so we can make and decorate dancing gingerbread Goddesses during the crafting hour beginning at 2pm. Other crafting ideas as well.

At 3:00 pm we will begin our YULE ritual with ceremony, decorating an evergreen tree and a special dance and Yule Carols led by our Carole! Wassail and Pfeffernusse too! Our potluck dinner will follow at 4. We know that it will be a busy day for many but please come for part or all of our celebration and have a merry time!

The festivities will not necessarily end at 5. For those who want to stick around, Mary Moseley and Donna Johnston will continue the merriment on accordion and drums! All are welcome to join in dancing and drumming with us!
