Here are the guidelines if you are interested in donating blood,

Bring your ID

EAT BREAKFAST

Drink plenty of fluids

16-17 year olds can donate with parental signature

No upper age limit

Call for an appointment or walk in 

Procedure takes 30 – 40 minutes total, including paperwork
