Community Care Committee

This hands-on committee looks after the needs of the congregation during Services, social functions, providing support to individuals and for everyone in Social functions.

 

 

One important function is providing Greeters for the Sunday Programs.

Recently, the Greeters began tracing attendance, as the congregation has grown past the size that everyone knows everyone.

Here are the instructions for the Greeters in using iPads to record information into the UUWC’s online media system, Breeze:

Breeze provides a full set of functions as a Web application.
The web application works best on the Chrome browser.

Once you sign in, you can

  • View and configure your Dashboard
  • View upcoming events
  • View profiles of UUWC parties.
  • Give Now to the congregation
  • View and update your Profile and Settings information.

Breeze CheckIn app – How To

Breeze provides an iPhone app which makes event check-ins a snap.
The app does 1 thing and only 1 thing: streamlines event check-ins. It does it well!

Once you download and install it on your phone, you can check attendees into events in three easy steps.

  • Identify your church and login
  • Select the event
  • Select attendees to check in.

The app is available from the App Store.

  • Search for Breeze chms
  • Two apps will be listed
    • The Breeze ChMS app which is the full-feature app.
    • The Breeze Check In app.
      • Select and install the Breeze Check In app.

Install the Breeze iPhone App

The app is available from the App Store for Apple phones.

–          Search for “Breeze ChMs”.

–          Select and install Breeze ChMs.
That is the full-feature app.

 

 

 

 

Login

First provide UUWC’s  subdomain:

–          Enter ‘uuwc’ and click [Continue].

 
Next enter your Breeze login credentials as provided by church personnel and click [Sign In].
