Our activities are not regularly supported by an outside organization. UUWC relies on financial contributions from members and friends to fulfill our mission, conduct Sunday services, support our learning programs, maintain our facilities, and more.

There are many ways to support the efforts of UUWC in Rio Rancho and we are always looking for new avenues and channels to explore. Please consider the following ways to keep our UU accessible for all people!

1. PLEDGE– the best way to financially support UUWC is to make sure you have renewed your pledge every year.  UUWC has adopted the Breeze church management software package to make it easy for you to contribute and track your contributions throughout the year. If you can give this way but don’t know what is suggested take a look at the Pledge Guide for Fair Share guidelines. 2. Special Donation/Plate Donation- Make a one-time donation at any time, either by PayPal or check by mail.
3. Smith’s Inspiring Donations- This program makes fundraising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do every day. Once you link your card to an organization, all you have to do is shop at Smith’s and swipe your Shopper’s Card.  Link your card on Smith’s Website. You can look up Unitarian Universalist Westside Congregation or use our ID TJ905
4. Money Tree– Please consider a one-time or ongoing donation towards ongoing expenses, like paper products, printer ink, insurance, and building maintenance. The Money Tree is an important part of our financial life at UUWC.
