Town Hall Report

Town Hall Meeting Feb 16, 2020

  1. Quorum was met for official voting.
  2. Courtyard gate- Fire Marshall requirements- All of the EXIT signs leading into the courtyard will remain in place. The gate in the courtyard will remain unlocked so we do not need to move the EXIT signs. This will allow us to pass the fire marshal inspection. 
  3. Budget- Current budget will pass. 
  4. Bookkeeper- Ads were placed in a variety of job placement sites. We have received about 12 applicants and will have interviews in the following weeks. A new bookkeeper should be announced at the next Town Hall meeting.
  5. Parking lot- Please start parking and packing down the new parking area. The entrance is on the side closest to the road. The big yucca plant is the edge marker.
  6. Blue slips are no longer being used for attendance.
  7. Westside Critter Carnival-March 7. 
    1. This is part of our social outreach/ social justice program. 
    2. 9:30-11 set-up
    3. 11-2 a variety of volunteer positions are open
    4. 2-3- clean-up
    5. We will need a variety of volunteer positions. Sign up now.
  8. Endowment Committee- Judy Deutsch was voted onto the Endowment committee.
  9. Questions/Comments
  10. Volunteers needed to clean the church. Its is about a 1.5-2 hour commitment to help keep our church clean.
