Labyrinth Walks

UU Westside has TWO outdoor labyrinths featuring natural pathways in our lovely desert landscape. It is easy to social distance and connect with the Earth for your prayer, meditations and reflections!

All are welcome to walk anytime Dawn to Dusk. . If you want to learn more about walking a labyrinth, you may contact Dee at deeoz2018@gmail.com. She will arrange a time with you to give you more information.You can also ask for a booklet on labrinths at the church. The labyrinths are open to the public dawn to dusk each day.

Here are a few tips on walking the labyrinths:

• There is only one way in and one way out! This is NOT a maze!
• Pause at the entrance to consider your intention or question.
• Allow your mind to quiet and consider this intention and or question as you walk
• When you reach the center; pause, listen, and reflect as long as you like
• As you walk back on your return journey, you may want to consider next steps or express gratitude for this time
• Some like to journal or speak to another about the experience

Really, there are no rules. Feel free to just relax and be yourself and walk. Just see what happens! You be you!
