In this service we explored the mystery of the ancient celebration of Samhain, a festival that marked the end of harvest and the entrance into the dark time of year, a time of both death and rebirth. Members were invited to bring photos or mementos of loved ones who have died .
The congregation was invited to help dedicate the loom by weaving a ribbon into the loom to represent their participation in our community and whatever gift they would like to see manifest among us in days to come.
