We explored our shared lives at Westside through the imagery of weaving. We sang beloved folk songs and discussed adopting a new-to-us symbol that embodies this theme as part of our Spiritual Growth Initiative.
We were back to live, in-person services this week and here is our first attempt at recording our in-person services. Our service this week is titled “Flower Communion Reunion”. We explored our UU Heritage and the Flower Communion ritual as well as how to restart ourselves as a healthy community.
Our speaker today is TEDx speaker and author Dr. L. Carol Scott. She has a dream: to honor the capacity for Faith—for belief in the impossible—as a birthright. What Carol calls your SASS! was born from knowledge and experience in a stellar career, and founded on more than a century of theory and research on child development and early education.
