- Treasurer’s Report-
- 2019 summary- 29 Pledges received for 2020, 39 family units are members
- Bottom line: Income: $44,043.10

1,870.16 roll over to next year. Estimated we will be short Rev. Nancy’s pay for next year. This will not cover us for the coming year.
- New treasurer will have on the job training, and Dave’s name will be placed on the ballot as a board member in training.
- Office manager would like to consider moving from Power Church to Quick Books. MM will talk with Allen, the accountant, about which product will serve us best.
- Filing- Bills, payroll, deposits, Sunday business; Bookkeeping processing papers are not being filed into the locked cabinet in a timely manner. Change in office manager’s duties: Create and maintain annual financial filing system in coordination with Treasure and Bookkeeper.
- Share the Plate- Treasurer will file the “Payment Request Form” so the recipient of the Share the Plate can be processed.
- Minister’s Report- heard and accepted
- Office computer needs to be updated to Windows 10 (as per our accountant). This is not currently in our budget, but the security of our accounts may be in jeopardy.

- Our computer is Windows 7 model and is over 5 years old. We will discuss this at the next town hall.

- Most feasible scenario is the church purchases and installs system ourselves; electric (240V) line contractor installed. System comes pre-charged with customized amount of refrigerant.
- Pioneer equipment should total about $6,000.
- Carrasco Electric will install a dedicated circuit in support of the outdoor condenser unit to be located as per walk-through. Labor and materials about $1,000
