  2. Minister’s Report- Rev. Nancy is on vacation and will not be attending.
  3. Treasurer’s Report- The 2021 Budget
    1. Additional pledges still leave us about $9,500 short for 2021.
    2. Projected expenditures were a good estimate compared to last year.
    3. Bake Sale is undefined.
    4. Is there anything to cut back on if we don’t raise the money?
      1. Reset thermostat, unplug refrigerator, check wall heaters
  1. Good Shop- Similar to Amazon Smile. We will ask Priscilla to create a 501C3 account to register us to receive 5% back
  2. Amazon Smile- We are still having difficulty verifying our 501C3 status. Any passive income is welcome.
  3. Pay Pal- Priscilla has set up a variety of ways to give. This does not work the same with a website.
  4. At this time, we are having a negative budget. We will discuss at the Town Hall about a possible shut down.
    1. At what point do we say we should shut down?
    1. At what point do we implement a plan to dissolve the congregation?
    1. Let us reach out to the UU district about a failing congregation.
  5. Tax
    1. Rev. Nancy will be issued 1099.
    1. Priscilla will receive a W-2.
    1. The bookkeeper, Jacqueline, will answer questions about the tax bill.
  1. Strengthening Our Community
    1. Steve will send the letter to our new senators.
    2. Letter of Support to Repeal abortion restrictions in New Mexico.
    3. Service committee- We should start building our service leadership. Rev. Nancy puts in a lot of hours developing and providing a service to our congregation.
  2. Town Hall
    1. Letter of Support to Repeal abortion restrictions in New Mexico.
    2. Send out a survey in April about comfort levels about returning to the community.
    3. Good Shop/ Amazon smile/ ideas for passive income
